Kathi started the Tarpon Realty Team to be a full-service realty team that focuses on the customer as a partner and leaves each and every client feeling like they are the most important customer in the world, because they are. Each home is someone’s dream, not just a transaction to her and she treats each and every one with the care they deserve.

Kathi was born in Panama City, Panama but then moved to California when she was 2. After Tragically losing her mother at 11 she moved to Houston to be with family, and has called the Houston area home ever since.

After graduating high school in Humble, Kathi was accepted to the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center School of Health Professions, where she received her bachelor's degree in diagnostic imaging and began her career as an MRI technologist. Right away she showed a passion for caring for and helping people. She was recognized by peer, patients, and managers for her dedication to the patient and excellent customer service. After establishing a successful career, she decided to take some time off to start a family. While spending time at home with her oldest son, Mikey, Kathi discovered another passion and that was real estate. It was then Kathi decided to get her real estate license to marry her two passions, helping people and real estate.
