Home, Sweet Home!

I was very nervous to buy my first home, but the Tarpon Team made it easy for me. Not only did they help me find a new home, but I was also able to get down payment assistance, and have the seller contribute to closing costs thanks to their expertise, and close for less out of pocket than signing a new lease. Throughout the whole process, they were there for me helping me schedule inspections, making sure I was on track to close, explaining things to me, and most importantly encouraging me to keep going even when things looked a little difficult. They made the whole process less scary, and now we couldn’t be happier in our new home. I recommend Mike and Kathi to anyone looking for or selling a home.

Mike and the Tarpon Team did a great job helping my wife and I find a great place and negotiate a great deal in The Heights. Always responsive, Mike made sure we knew what we were doing, negotiated hard for us, and gave us a great overview of the market!
